When you use our website forms (contact, intake, booking), we collect the details you provide: name, business name, email, phone number and information about your payroll needs. When you use the client portal, we process payroll data necessary to deliver our services.

Salary figures entered into the Net Pay Simulator (NPS) are calculated in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers. Optional salary benchmark contributions are anonymous and reported only as aggregates.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver payroll and compliance services, meet SARS and other statutory obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate region, device type and session duration. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies in aggregate, pseudonymised form; we do not use it to identify individuals.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA): with your consent, to perform a contract, or to comply with legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

Client records are retained for the periods required by tax and labour legislation. We apply role-based access control and encrypted transport to protect your data.
