Simulations stay with you

Salary, allowance and deduction figures you type into the simulator, scenario and comparison tools are calculated in your browser session. They are not sent to our servers, not stored, and not linked to your identity.

Anonymous benchmark contributions

If you choose to contribute to the salary benchmark, we store only: job title, industry, province, an experience band, gross monthly salary and the tax year. We never collect your name, email, employer or ID number. Contributions are only ever surfaced as aggregate percentiles, and only when at least 15 contributions exist for a cut — so no individual can be identified.

How long we keep feedback

Feedback survey responses (score, comment and — unless you responded anonymously — your name and email) are retained for a maximum of 24 months and then permanently purged. Anonymous responses hold no identifying data at all. You can ask for a copy or an early deletion at any time using the form below.

You may ask for a copy of the feedback you submitted to us, or ask us to erase it. We keep feedback responses for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are purged automatically.
